Pasta Caprese

About the recipe
Pasta Caprese is a classic Italian dish that combines the flavors of the famous Caprese salad – tomatoes, mozzarella and basil – in a delicious pasta creation. Originally from the Campania region, this recipe uses the fresh ingredients of Mediterranean cuisine to create a light and flavorful dish.
Fusilli, a spiral-shaped pasta, is used here to perfectly absorb the creamy basil sauce and juicy vine tomatoes. The tomatoes are roasted to emphasize their natural sweetness, while the mozzarella provides a tender, melting texture. Fresh basil and a hint of rosemary add intense flavors to the dish.
