The Pasta Palast is my home for all connoisseurs who love to cook with love.

I love Italian cuisine for its simplicity and variety of ingredients, but I also like to (respectfully) deviate from traditional recipes when appropriate. There is only one rule for me:

• It has to taste good, and really good!

At home, I like to cook with homemade pasta, but I also sometimes use good quality store-bought pasta. My dream is to have my own small pasta factory – unlimited pasta supply!
